I changed my mind about a product. Can I return it?

Of course, for us you are in first place and it is essential that you are satisfied.

If you change your mind or unfortunately there are any problems, you can decide to return the purchased product and you will be refunded. The withdrawal request must be received within 14 calendar days of receiving the order and you can enter it directly from the detail of your order, by clicking on Request return.

The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers, or natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out.

I purchased with a VAT number and I changed my mind about a product. Can I return it?

The Right of Withdrawal is governed by the Consumer Code and only concerns distance sales between the seller and non-professional private consumers, therefore if you are a VAT number or a company you cannot avail yourself of the right of withdrawal. I have received the wrong product

My order arrived damaged. What can I do?

We advise you to check the conditions of the packaging and products received at the time of collection. We take the utmost care and attention in packaging and shipping packages, but some inconvenience, even beyond our will, can happen.

If the package is damaged or the closing tapes are not intact, indicate on the receipt document the message "Goods control reserve for ..." with a description of the problem.

Once this is done, write to our Customer Service indicating the problem encountered.

My product broke - how do i know if it's still under warranty?

All our products are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and a 2-year warranty for lack of conformity. To find out if the product is still under warranty, check the delivery date shown in the order detail.

If the purchase was made by a company or p. VAT, the legal guarantee is 1 year.
