Right of withdrawal
Have you changed your mind and want to return what you bought? No problem. You just have to notify us within 14 days from when the products are delivered to you, or, in the case of a service contract, from the day the contract is concluded. Of course, you can decide to return even just a part of what you bought. We will refund you the price of the amount returned and the corresponding delivery costs as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days from when we became aware of your withdrawal. s
The Right of Withdrawal is governed by the Consumer Code and only concerns distance sales between the seller (Luscioux.eu) and non-professional private consumers, therefore if you are a VAT number or a company you will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Information relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal TYPICAL WITHDRAWAL INSTRUCTIONS Right of withdrawal If you have placed an order that has a physical product as its object, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days:
to) in the case of a sales contract relating to a single good, from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods; or b) in the case of a sales contract relating to multiple goods, ordered in a single order and delivered separately, from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good; or c) in the case of a sales contract relating to the delivery of a good consisting of multiple lots or pieces, from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece; d) in the case of a service contract, from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal in relation to any product or service purchased through our website www.https://luscioux.eu/en/, you are required to inform us (at the following address: Omnia Group Srl, Via Santa Lucia, sn - 98078 Tortorici (ME), tel: 0941421311, e-mail: servizioclienti@luscioux.it) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit declaration (for example a letter sent by post, or e-mail). To this end, you can use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
You can also electronically fill in and send the withdrawal form or any other explicit declaration by following the guided procedure made available to you in the Personal Area - Orders - After-Sales Services section of our website www.https://luscioux.eu/en/. If you choose this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (for example by e-mail).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
We remind you that, pursuant to art. 59. co. 1, lett. i) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded in relation to the supply of sealed computer software that has been opened after delivery.
Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you have made in our favor, including any delivery costs (including any additional costs), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of the your decision to withdraw from this contract. Such refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement.
Return of goods If you have purchased a product, the refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. In the case described above, please return * the goods to the following address:

without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
In any case, you are only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
